Shipping Policy

We ship most products internationally.
Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery country and address. We offer Expedited Shipping services such as DHL Express, FedEx Express & USPS Priority Express Mail at special discounted shipping rates. The delivery time varies by the Postal Service, Destination country's Postal Service, and Customs clearance procedures. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery time. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you have any questions regarding the shipping charges & customs duties, please feel free to contact us. *For some countries, we can not offer international shipping because of delivery time, tracking information, customs clearance, import duty, and Severe Weather airline limitation.

• Our Shipping & Handling Time for most items is 1-3 days. In case we are unable to ship the items within 3 business days, we will notify you of the shipping status immediately.

Refund policy

Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, providing you with peace of mind when making a purchase from our website. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:

Eligibility: Our return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Drpercent.us. If you have purchased Drpercent products from other retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items.
Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email our support team at global@iproduct.co.kr within the 14-day timeframe mentioned above. Kindly provide your order details and reason for the return in your email so that we can assist you promptly.
Return Shipping: The cost of shipping for returns will be borne by the customer unless there was an error on our part or if the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 1-2 working days back to your original method of payment.
