For security reasons, the card company may call you for confirmation in the case of large payments. In that case, the order may be suspended or canceled at our discretion.
For bank transfers, you can deposit the product purchase price through PC banking, internet banking, telephone banking, or directly at a nearby bank.
The name of the depositor entered when ordering and the actual depositor must match, and the deposit must be made within 7 days. Orders that are not deposited will be automatically canceled.

The products you ordered will be delivered after payment confirmation. However, depending on the product type, delivery may be slightly delayed.
When exchange and return are possible
- Within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. However, in the case of home appliances, if the packaging has been opened or the packaging has been damaged and the product value has been lost, exchange/return is not possible.
- If the content of the product and service you received is different from the content of the display or advertisement, or if it has been performed differently, within 3 months from the date of receiving the product, or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the fact.
When exchange and return are not possible
- If the product is lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the customer. However, this does not apply if the packaging has been damaged to check the product's contents.
- If the packaging has been opened or the product value has been lost due to damage to the packaging.
(Example: home appliances, food, records, etc., but returns/exchanges due to defective pixels in laptops, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc. with liquid crystal displays are subject to the manufacturer's standards.)
- If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption. However, in the case of cosmetics, this is limited to cases where trial products have been provided. - If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of time
- If the packaging of a product that can be copied has been damaged
